Download Keeps resetting to 0%

Hello,

This morning I purchased Madden 15 for xbox360 on the marketplace for myself and the game started to download. However, at various points during the download, the file would restart at 0%. This has become increasingly frustrating see as how the game has
been attempting to download for 7 hours. Can someone please assist me?

Hey there It5umi!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues downloading those two games. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

This looks and sounds like a region issue to me. Often times when downloads fail to complete like this, it's due to the Account Region not matching the Physical Region.
Since you're living in Germany (and assuming you'll be in Germany for at least three months) I suggest migrating your account to Germany. That should resolve your region issues and let you download the games properly.

I'm not sure how long it's been since your last region migration, but once it's been three months after the last region migration, you'll be able to migrate again. Here's our support article on how to

Hello, I am , One of the Xbox Ambassadors. You may have to restart your Xbox and turn it back on. I am thinking the result might be a Glitch but it is totally fixable on a user's level

Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now?

If yes, can you unplug it and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

I have tried resetting and turning on and off again I'm trying with an Ethernet cable now. If this doesn't work is there anything else I can try? Thank you for the reply
