    Any one getting lag spikes? check your detailed network stats and look at the download speeds, do a few checks and I think you will notice download dropping out now and then. I have reported the problem a few times over the last week (since last firmware
    update) but they don't seem to be working on it. can you all report the same problem too please, if youre getting the same problem too. thanks.

    Audio keeps cutting off while I am downloading anything, be it games, apps, or updates.

    To check, are you enrolled in the Insider Preview program?

    Also, Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console? Does this issue occur when you're using your headset in a party, game-chat, or both?

    Almost 20 hours and still installing a 9 GB update...

    The speed you get running the detailed diagnostics always connects to a server in Seattle no matter where you are in the word. It is not determined by DNS.

    The store downloads and updates all come from various content delivery network(CDN) servers around the world.

    The CDN you connect to is determined by your DNS.

    You can determine your actual download speed by checking the bandwidth usage in the network app. There is a stat for current usage. Just check current usage while something is downloading. If the speed is a lot lower than the speed listed in the detailed
    network stats then you are connected to a slow CDN and may benefit from changing DNS.

    If both stats are about the same the there will be no need to change DNS.

    i would assume anyone with latency over 100ms does not need to contact MS, change their router settings or contact their ISP, they are simply not in america! this ping test pings microsoft server in america
