    Download Issues!


    I've had my Xbox One for a few weeks now and it has worked perfectly until I moved back to University after Xmas. I can't download any updates for anything or Re-Install my FIFA 14 which was a Digital Download. I've tried speaking with people from support
    but its hard to get my problem across without completely confusing them.

    When I try to Re-Install FIFA 14 it just comes up with 'Queued'. If I click on 'Install now' it simple jumps back straight to 'Queued'. Also if I leave it alone for more then a minute or two it tells me 'Installation stopped'.

    I also can't download updates for Battlefield 4 or any other games I currently have.

    My NAT type is Moderate for some reason and the only way I can get it to be open (with my limited IT skills) is by turning off the UPnP but doesn't that need to be on?

    When I do the Multiplayer Connection test in the Detailed NAT Information it says: 'Your network is behind a UPnP port-restricted NAT'.

    I'm sure its something to do with the Internet my University use or something they've put in place but I didn't have any issues with my 360.

    I would be very thankful for any help on what I might need to do

    As many people did, I received Black Ops 2. One of the first things I wanted to do was play Nuketown 2025. I immediately put in the code, and the download said "pending" as it usually does. I gave it a couple seconds and nothing changed, so I clicked
    "Cancel All." I played regular multiplayer for a couple hours and decided I wanted to play Nuketown 2025. I entered the code and it said
    "This code has already been redeemed." So I went to Recent Downloads, Active Downloads, etc etc. I could not find it. So basically, I can't play the map. If anyone knows what I can do, please feel free to help me. I really want to play it,
    as all my friends are. I would appreciate any support. Thank you!

    ok but i tried to change my payment so i could unsuspend it but when i tried it wouldn't let me change payment.

    Downloading issues?

    As of right now, since I can't edit the post, it seems to be downloading once again. My net was up and functional that entire time. I have no idea what happened.

    Yes it is, my account says UK, Id never have a reason to change that. My card info also has UK section too. Think about it, it went through by doing the payment on my phone but not anywhere else? Something is clearly up

    Not one of those suggestions worked and I cant delete my card from xbox because its connected to my automatically updated 3 month xbox live renewal... The big joke is I stopped the automatic update but still cant remove the payment option, which means I
    cant actually make any change to find out what the issue is.

    Think I'll block all microsoft payments through my account if this cant be solved cos I've spent hours trying to simply disconnect my card from xbox but been blocked from doing so at every attempt.

    Why is it so hard just to remove my own information?

    Update:

    The download seems to have removed itself from my Active Download list. I now have a Unidentified Download error in my systems storage.

    Try clearing your system cache and re-downloading them.

    Go to 'System' via the dashboard > System Settings > Storage > Press Y > Select 'Yes'.

    I had similar problems with downloadable content, and this method resolved it.
