    Download Issue?


    So I purchased the Digital Guardian Edition of Destiny, and while preloading the game I have had some issues with it going to around 4% and then getting an "Installation Stopped" message, along with an error code "0x87df2ee2". After trying to resume
    the download it would resume, but only a few moments before going back to "Installation Stopped".I canceled the download and did a hard reset of the Xbox, and restartes the download. Everything seemed to be going good until I got around 73%, where the
    same issue happened again. Not wanting to lose all my download progress, instead of restarting the download I simply did another hard reset; when the console turned on the download was in progress once again where it had left off, and now has completed. My
    main issue in regards to this post is that I am worried that the installation may have been corrupted in some way, and when it comes time to the launch of Destiny, the game may not work properly or at all. The download is complete now, but I am a bit over
    cautious, because I want to be able play on launch day. Thoughts?

    Change the download order on the Xbox One

    Hi Faction, you can't reorder but you can pause a games download so you can move the game you want to be download first to the top. Simply go to my games and apps, from their you want to go over the game currently being download and hit the menu button on your xbox one controller. From their you can hit pause download to stop that game from being downloaded. Then the Xbox One will move on to its next downloadable game.

    I'm having the SAME problem...add into the fact that I purchased the Blizzard Mountain DLC and NONE of the cars (including the GYMKHANA Ford Focus) are showing up at all....I mean, ****? anyone know how to get these issues resolved? Cause Microsoft support
    chat people don't seem to have a clue and send people here....

    As the download is completed without a further error message there should be no reason to worry, as downloads can be done in chunks without problems. Also a crc check is preformed at the end of a download usually to see if the download is valid.

    As of right now, since I can't edit the post, it seems to be downloading once again. My net was up and functional that entire time. I have no idea what happened.

    Yes it is, my account says UK, Id never have a reason to change that. My card info also has UK section too. Think about it, it went through by doing the payment on my phone but not anywhere else? Something is clearly up

    Not one of those suggestions worked and I cant delete my card from xbox because its connected to my automatically updated 3 month xbox live renewal... The big joke is I stopped the automatic update but still cant remove the payment option, which means I
    cant actually make any change to find out what the issue is.

    Think I'll block all microsoft payments through my account if this cant be solved cos I've spent hours trying to simply disconnect my card from xbox but been blocked from doing so at every attempt.

    Why is it so hard just to remove my own information?

    Update:

    The download seems to have removed itself from my Active Download list. I now have a Unidentified Download error in my systems storage.

    Try clearing your system cache and re-downloading them.

    Go to 'System' via the dashboard > System Settings > Storage > Press Y > Select 'Yes'.

    I had similar problems with downloadable content, and this method resolved it.
