    Just got call of duty infinite warfare and was trying to download modern warfare remastered but installation has stopped with the error message "something interrupted your installation (0x87e00005)

    I'm not given any options to try again or anything

    Can't download Halo

    Hi. We just opened a new XBox 360 and tried to download Halo. Download was interuppted and now we cannot start it since XBox says code already used. Any ideas?

    Hello HarveyRocket - Have you tried the steps in the XBOX 360 Troubleshoot Guide via Support.XBOX.com? If not please do, it can be find here ->

    support.xbox.com/.../connect-xbox-live.aspx    . Let me know if you've tried those and we'll see if we can figure this out.

    Downloading after Downloading

    That is a problem that happens when you try to download GTA V game and the online game packs at the same time. To solve this you should delete the game and clear you console cache three times:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Download only the main game of GTA V and play the game normally for a while. After you can download the game packs.
