Download Information on Microsoft Store

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone wondering why there is no info about the size of application and the remaining time when we download app's on microsoft store? And most of the time, the download speed is missing, as i presume it must be disconnected from the network, eventhough i can stably browsing on ms edge. It always pissed me when i dont know what's the problem since it takes too long time. I hope the developer read and fix this.

This really depends on the app, when I update an app I see something like in the picture.
But when I download a new app I’m able to see a percentage / progress bar with the speed

About the app size, you can always find it in the store description. Where it says “app info” or “more”

But the best place to share your feedback with Microsoft is using the feedback hub app.

Hi oliixz,

sorry to hear. Check also if there are Updates pending in the Store APP: Select the Start
button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more/Downloads and updates/Get updates.

The Xbox Store doesn't issue codes. I am referring to the store on your console. You just purchase and the game starts downloading. Do you mean the Microsoft store online? Please go to Microsoft
Store Support for information including a contact number to call.
