Download Incomplete

Hello,

Today the Elder Scrolls Online released it's latest patch. I began the download but at 57% it stopped and I have a little ! next to the percentage. I can play the game (I think) but I don't want to until the patch, DLC is completely downloaded. How do
I get it to finished the download?

It doesn't appear in the download history. The download didn't complete on the first try.

Incomplete download

I've downloaded a game using a redeemable code and during the process it became corrupted for some reason so I had to delete. Now I am unable to redeem the code since it has already been used. Is there a way that I can still receive my content? Tanks<3.

Highlight it and hit the Menu button (three horizontal lines) and select Resume Installation if you can. Hopefully that kickstarts the download.

If not, power cycle (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) the console and it should resume (otherwise redo the steps above).

does your account country reflect your actial country?

if you are using a vpn or a relative to queue your downloads then that would be why

your account country and actual country must match

Sorry to hear you're still having issues downloading those games.

Were you able to contact your ISP as Hassassinade suggested earlier regarding the BT routers?
