Download History Incomplete / Downloading Previous Purchase Fails or Corrupts - URGENT HELP

I am unable to download a lot of my content. Games are missing from my download history. I purchased my Xbox originally in the US and made purchase with ym US account and bank. I'm using another console with more space but I'm in Brazil now and working and
studying here. One of the items I tried to download twice was Gears of War Three which I paid I think $20 bucks for it last year (maybe more) and the download either fails and simply goes missing after I wait hours for the download. It never works. I tried
downloading the licenses options or something but it does not work. I also purchased another code for the older Gears of War (2006) game and paid for it, how do I know if it's going to work? Why is my content all messed up?

Hi there, I would suggest going through your hard drive and deleting all incomplete or corrupt files of the failed downloads and trying to re-download through your history:

support.xbox.com/.../view-download-history

Don't just re-download the game, make sure to delete the incomplete downloads first.

well for one thing as long as your account is out of region you will continue to have issues downloading content

if this is a temporary visit don't migrate

however as long as you are outside the us you cannot download region locked content

yes gears of war 3 is region locked

only way to redownload it is to be physically back in the US

now to purchase gears of war you will either need to have a Brazilian account as you physically are in brazil or migrate your account but this will not fix the gears of war 3 issue as it is a us content not a brazil

but when you move back to the us you will lose access to gears of war 1 as it is also region locked

this is why it is better if you wait till yuou are in the us if a temporary visit
