    Download goes to 80% then drops to 0% over and over


    So, purchased Fallout New Vegas from the games on demand offer, when i download the game, it was on spanish so i change the region, i supposed that doing that the game will be in english but that didn't work so i deleted it and when i try to download the
    game it reaches 80-90% and then it drops to 0% over and over again, any help?

    I get the same problem. Download reaches 79%, goes back down to 0%. Then will re-download back up to between 70%-80%, then drop to 0%. Then it won't download at all.

    im having the problem now i bought a game it goes to 1 percent to 0 percent over and over again then it says cant download

    Hey there Kittan999.

    What region are you physically located in? Keep in mind cross-region accounts aren't supported and depending on your physical locale, the language of the game may be different.

    If you haven't already, try removing the game completely, power cycle your Xbox One, and attempt a download again.

    Towards the top of the page it shows the options of what you can view. You need to click "Your Info"

    At the top of that page you should be able to check your info. Check your billing info to make sure it is set for Mexico.
