Download goes of 79% to 0%

Hello, my account is and I have an X360. Since Sundayof last week (23/09) I was having problem to buy the Dark Souls 2 DLC Pack receiving the error 40153048, I've talked with the support on 26/09 and I did everything, cleared cache, downloaded
my profile again, checked my payment method but nothing worked.

The guy told me to try change my region again to Germany (My account was already in Germany) but I receive an error after click on "I agree". So I've changed the region to United Kingdom and after tried to turn back to Germany but I forgot the restriction
of 3 months to be able to change again.

And I made another contact with support and the guy told me that's impossible to change my region again now and everything will work normally, just need to buy credit of the United Kingdom currency.

But now, I decided to download some games I purchased before like Tomb Rider, Sacred 2, Kingdoms of Amalur, but the download never ends... I've looked on the Hard Drive and the game have the message "Damaged" or "Incomplete". I've already deleted my profile
again, cleared Cache, deleted the files of the game directly on HD but still the same problem. I'm with this problem for more than one week now...

Please someone help me...

I'm on Germany and my Region is on United Kingdom. One problem become another worse... now I con't buy anything and I can't download....

Sniper Elite V2

I get the same problem. Download reaches 79%, goes back down to 0%. Then will re-download back up to between 70%-80%, then drop to 0%. Then it won't download at all.

 

Can't download Happy Wars

I have been trying to download Happy Wars it will download til 79% than goes to 0% than 78% than back to 0% ,and does this for about 5 seconds than says "CAN'T DOWNLOAD HAPPY WARS." what should I do.

 

Since your account region no longer matches your physical location, you will have issues downloading content. There is no way around that until you can change your region again.
