Let's try solution #3 first,

Solution 3: Restart your console

1. Press and hold the Xbox button
    in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
   
2. Select Restart console.
3. Select Restart. This will automatically pause any existing downloads, which will resume once the console is restarted.
   
   Note If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the
   Xbox button  on the console for about 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
   Xbox button  on the console again to restart.
   

Oggi ho aggiornato l'app XBOX - vers: 2204.1000.17.0

I servizi di gioco sono stati aggiornati due giorni fa - vers : 3.63.31001.0 (Servizi giochi)

Vorrei gentilmente sapere da qualcuno se dopo questi aggiornamenti il bug è stato risolto e i giochi sono stati installati senza problemi.

Per favore riformattare la tua console mantenendo i giochi e le app in questo modo:Impostazioni> Sistema> Info e aggiornamenti console> Reimposta console> "mantieni giochi e app".
(richiede il riscaricamento dell'account)

Internet nel mondo e in sovraccarico. Microsoft e milti altri servizi HANNO RALLENTATO DI PROPOSITO internet, tranquillo è normale.

Anche a me adesso funziona! Ma comunque è inconcepibile che Square Enix non si adegui con i propri giochi agli aggiornamenti di Windows 10.
