download games and expiration

Hello,

I bought the xbox in one day one, I downloaded fifa 14 and I bought digital download Dead Rising 3, both games have been installed but now after 1 month I can't play it.when you start Fifa 14 makes me connect to my account but then returns to the initial
screen of the console.

Backup movies bought on XBOX?

Hi all, expiration dates are set by the content publishers and if those expirations are lifted, then you can re stream or download any previously purchased movies that this might affect. But if you have it downloaded before that expiration date, you should
be able to then play that downloaded file after that date. But re-downloading it after that date will not be permitted. Hope this clears things up. thanks!

Game Pass been removing games? Was any subscriber aware or notified?

Would be neat if they sent you an XBL message for ones that are expiring that you have downloaded.

Try unplugging your console for about 30 seconds. This should fix that problem for you.

Once your gamepass expires you cannot access the games downloaded for free on gamepass.

Are these games you directly purchased or are these games you downloaded while belonging to the game pass? If you subscription to game pass expires you will lose access to the games you downloaded while it was active.

If the code is expired you wouldn't be able to use it to download the game. You would have to purchase the game another way.
