    I want to download black ops cold war onto my xbox one before I buy it so I wont have to wait to play it when I get it. However, on the xbox app there is no black ops cold war that is meant for the xbox one. I keep getting an error saying that this game
    is not compatible. Is there any way to download the game before I buy it?

    You would buy the games from the website using the account you want to use when you get your console. Once you sign into the console, the games should show in your Games and Apps section as Ready to Install and you can download them there.
