Hej.

Jeg har flere gange prøvet at downloade Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition, som jeg ejer på min Xbox One og gerne vil spille på min PC, men når jeg prøver at downloade spillet til min Verbatim 500GB harddisk, ser det ud til at den begynder at downloade, men
efter længere tid virker det som om der ikke sker noget, og installationen bliver ved med at meddele "fejl"

Jeg håber at jeg kan få noget hjælp hurtigst muligt.

Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue of downloading the game. When you get the error, what exactly does the error say? Also are you trying to download it from the companion app, or the Microsoft store itself? Any additional information will help
us assist you better. This
troubleshooter is for game freeze, but some of the solutions will work in this case to try out.

Hi Brad,

When the game fails to download, it just either says "Failure" or it just gets stuck saying "Continuing download" but nothing gets done. I have also tried cancelling the download and starting it again, but nothing seems to happen. Also, I am downloading
from the actual Microsoft Store app.

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.
