Download error halfway through download

I have been trying to download Forza Horizon 4 PC on the Microsoft store for the past 3 days. This is the fifth time i get an error halfway through the download. The game is at 50GB out of 64GB downloaded, and i get the error and the download resets. my
download speed isn't very good, i get 5.6 Mb/s average, so the full download takes me at least 27 hours. It is extremely frustrating that it resets the download at an error and doesn't pick up where it left off like any other website. I don't know what do
at this point. I downloaded the demo and played without issues. I have 156GB of space left on my hard drive, so i have enough room, and sometimes the error will just happen in the first 5GB of the download. I reset the microsoft app store to see if that would
help. Also the microsoft store is on my primary drive but i am downloading Forza to my secondary, i don't know if that would affect it. it shouldn't but you never know with this store. Is there anything i can do to make the download work consistently.

My account isnt on my xbox

So i did have the corrupt file but now when i try downloading it it just says there error message halfway through the download

 

Error codes 0x81230006 & 0x80190194

Surface RT using Xbox video. Tried downloading The Hobbit (1977) and it stopped downloading about halfway through. This was a paid download. I clicked the try again. Same error. I tried playing it, but it stops about halfway through with an error that
says it cannot continue. I then deleted it and tried downloading again, but it does nothing. I am also seeing this with several episodes of The Guild Season 4 (free) except it was giving error 0x80190194. I also cannot re-download after deleting those episodes.
