Ciao a tutti,

non riesco a trovare soluzione al mio quesito: da quasi 2 settimane il download di aggiornamenti o di giochi risulta essere limitato, non superando mail la velocit di 20 mb/s. Il problema è che sono dotato di una connessione molto forte e i valori della
mia rete solo di 90 mb/s in download e 15 mb/s in upload e ping 12! Questi valori li ho verificati sia con un PC che dalla console. Il NAT inoltre risulta aperto e sono collegato alla rete tramite LAN e le porte sono tutte attive. Perchè scarico così piano?

Mi sapete aiutare?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on download performance. Most of it is likely due to the overwhelming amount of people that have turned to the internet due to the worldwide issues. There are a lot more people using
the internet currently. This can put a strain on any major network. You can also try the

guide for slow downloads.

Let's try solution #3 first,

Solution 3: Restart your console

Press and hold the Xbox button
 in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart. This will automatically pause any existing downloads, which will resume once the console is restarted.

Note If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the
Xbox button  on the console for about 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
Xbox button  on the console again to restart.

Ho risolto il problema avviando manualmente windows update e scaricando manualmente un aggiornamento (ho gli aggiornamenti automatici attivati ma windows li scarica, giustamente, quando il pc non è impegnato in altre attivit .

Dopo ha funzionato tutto perfettamente.
