Download Disappeared

I downloaded powerstar golf while it was free last month, and it appears to of downloaded fine, but its not in my games tab, when I go back to the store to try download it again, it says its installed.. I've tried a hard restart since and cant work out how
to delete it to try re-download it as i cant see it to interact with

xbl not connecting

Cannot sign in to xbox live nor download profile that has disappeared off my xbox altogether.

 

The download was on Queue but disappeared.

I have bought Fallout 4 (Fallou 3 include for free available via download). The download was on Queue but disappeared. What can I do?

 

This is an odd issue indeed. Do you have an external storage device attached to your console? If so, make sure that you are seeing all storage devices when you head to My Games & Apps

 

Ok, do you have a Kinect? If so can you try saying "Xbox Go To Powerstar Golf" and see what happens? If it loads the game you can go back to home and press the Start button on your controller so you can add it to your Pins.

 

admittedly I didn't even think to try that.. however, it just keeps going to Halo: Spartan Assault..

 

Alright, one final thing and then you may need to contact phone support because you cannot find the game you downloaded.

1. Go to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray

2. Click Clear Persistent Storage

3. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

When you start the console back up go to My Games & Apps and look through the game list to see if it's there (double check the downloading area as well). If it's not then you may need to contact phone support for more assistance with finding the game.
