Download code missing from Forza horizon 3 bundle

Hi. We got the Xbox One S with Forza horizon 3 bundle from Argos, for our kids for Christmas. However, despite pulling the box apart numerous times, and checking every scrap of paper that came out - we have been unable to find the code for the Forza game.

I contacted Argos, and they said 'it should be on a bit of card!' When I said I had already looked for that, they said they couldn't help, and gave me the Xbox support number instead. I tried this a few times; got cut off once after 15 minutes on hold, and
gave up another time (though I do appreciate it is right after Christmas).

Anyway, if anyone can help on how to get the code, will be much appreciated!

Problem with Forza Horizon 2 and 3 Bundle

I bought the Forza Horizon 2 and 3 bundle, however Forza horizon 2 has not appeared in my download queue or my Ready to Install List and I haven't received a code. I would appreciate any help you can give with this.

missing download code (Steep, The Crew)

Sea Of Thieves as DVD as well as Steep and The Crew also as download code. Unfortunately, however, the codes for the games Steep and
The Crew does not join the set! According to Amazon support, I should request this from you. Can you provide me with the missing codes?

Yup, I had a similar problem with Gamestop and the pre-order bonus. The code they gave me was for FIFA 16, not Forza Horizon 3. When I contacted them via e-mail, the only response I got was that the code had been sent via e-mail...
NO DUH!. I again told them I got the code but it was for the wrong game. Anyway, they gave me the runaround until finally being told they had run out of FH3 codes and I would have to take the issue up with Microsoft. It hit a point where I literally stopped
caring and just gave up. Besides, the code wasn't from MS, it was supposed to be supplied by Gamestop. It was their incompetence, not that of Microsoft. I finally told them they had simply lost me as a customer forever and I have not purchased anything from
the since.

It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.

i found a code on (modremoved) and there’s a bundle with the ultimate edition for forza horizon 3 and 4. if i bought the bundle and redeemed it would i get both of the expansions for fh3? thanks

The game "Forza Horizon 3" with Hot Wheels was a download code, which was sold together with the console in a bundle. The code was redeemed with my account. The Car Pack was bought in a store as a download code and was also redeemed with my account. When
he is logged in on the console, he can both use the game and the Car Pack. The new "Forza Horizon 4" is the disc version. But when he now gets his own console, what happens with Forza 3 and the Car Pack.

Or are these purchased also console bounded? Then he can also take the existing console, I remove my account and take the new console. Will Forza Horizon 3 and the Car Pack still be playable on the console?

It is so complicated with all these DLCs, digital purchases, add-ons, updates... I am from a gaming generation, where you just plug in your module into the console, press Power and just have fun

I should add that I mixed up what DLC actually is. DLC seems to be addons to game. So Forza Horizon 3 that comes bundled is actually delivered with a game download code, and the Hot Wheels expansion as DLC.

Is it the same with the game download codes, that they are region free on Xbox One?
