download always stop

Hello
I bought BLACK DESERT on the xbox one store. But the download always stops at 316mo or 0.9%. I have already done all the possible manipulations. Other updates and game downloads are normally done.
What should I do?

Try clearing the cache and then reinstall the game bro.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again. After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you

Last night I downloaded the Sleeping Dogs and it worked. But Forza Horizon keeps giving error always stops downloading at 34%.

Is this the only content you have issues with or does it always stops at 21% whatever you are downloading?
