Sorry but it won't. The Intel Celeron N3060 is a very, very low powered CPU that's just not designed to run games. Any game really. If you are referring to CarX Drift Racing, the minimum CPU is an i5 4590, which is around 300% faster than your processor.

You can install any version of Windows you want, please be aware that nothing before Windows 10 is currently supported

But the game you're talking about requires an Intel 4590 CPU, and will not run well regardless, and contains warnngs about running it on mobile/laptop chilpsets.

If your office PC is an i3 with only 4GB of RAM then it's likely to be a quite old budget PC. It would take a least an i3 8100 to equal a i5 4590. I seriously doubt your i3 PC contains an 8th gen i3 processor.
