    Hello,
    I have a very strange bug, on a quite exotic configuration I should admit Down inputs stuck on Remote play :)
    I tried to Remote Play on my Xbox Series X, via the Xbox app (so far so good) installed on Parallel Desktop Virtual Machine on my MacBook Pro (worth mentioning but do not know if it cause the issue).
    My Xbox controller is connected via bluetooth to the Mac.
    When I launch the remote play everything work fine BUT when I press down either with the D-Pad or with the stick it goes down forever, like I am keeping the down button myself.
    I tried another controller - same issue.
    I tried the Remote play on the iPad and it works perfectly with the same controller
    I saw some posts here and there about this issue but no solution, any feedbacks on your side ?

    Do you mean the XBox or the TV shuts down?

    Check with TV remote that you are using the correct SOURCE for the console input.

    Then why bother putting number buttons and a channel up/down button on the remote? I'm disappointed that I have to use two remotes for my TV/Xbox.

    @Turvey, which remote did you purchase that works on both your TV/Xbox? I have a Philips/White Console.

    I've got the ptae7000 and I'm completely blown away by the picture quality. The down side is a lack of discrete IR codes for the inputs. A real pain to get set up with a harmony remote.

    It's possible that the microphone is not set as the default input device in the remote play settings. To fix this, try the following steps:

    Go to the remote play settings on your computer

    Select audio and make sure your microphone is selected as the default input device

    Restart the remote play app and try using the microphone again

    If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer and check that the microphone is working properly on other applications. If the issue still persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the remote play app.
