Doubt world updates on MFS On Xcloud

Hi, I have a doubt. I've played MFS through Xcloud from my pc and it's amazing. What has surprised me is that I had to go to my profile and install the update for Spain and Portugal from the content manager. It's weird, I have installed something on my computer? In my account on a cloud server? I thought everything was in the cloud. He has missed me.

Thank you very much for your help. So it's like I'm downloading the updates, but on a virtual hard drive or something?

Its in the cloud. but it is also like logging into your desktop. It cant apply an update without your permission, such as looging into your xbox account. it is downloaded and updated on the cloud server and never to your personal computer. or browser depending on how you play that is. Happy to explain more if this helps any.

Not sure why you are running mfs on cloud when you take a performance hit

All world updates were automatically downloaded, except the latest for Spain and Portugal. I had to download this. The question is where it is downloaded, if it is on a server in my Microsoft account, etc.
