You can get up to 3 months for 1 euro as part of an introductory, one time offer. You cannot do it a second time, and after that it would be the usual 9.99/14.99 a month depending on your plan

Since you mention Europe and euros, be aware that the offer with access, discord and spotify is valid only in limited countries, specifically only France and Germany (I'm excluding
UK since it is not using euros). Furthermore in both countries spotify is not included anyway. So unless you are in one of those 2 euro countries you cannot take advantage of the full promotion. The standard 3 months of ultimate for 1 euro is still available.

I suggest you to visit the store pages while logged in and it should take you by default to your country pages with the proper offer.

my bill was lower actually. about ten bucks lower. i highly doubt the Xbox One adds $45 a month to people's bills even if they leave it on all month and never shut it off.
