If it is what i think it is, most common problem Xbox has with standard routers, is they cause strict or moderate NAT types, which may affect user online party experiences. The easiest way to solve this issue if you haven't already is to log into your through

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried putting your xbox in front of your routers firewall? Thats what i always have to do. Every router is differnt but there should be a setting to allow you to disable the firewall for your xbox.

if you use any kind of wifi control device (google wifi lights, wifi thermostat, etc.) it can interfere and basically trip a false double NAT reading, in my case i had the google home voice controlled lights, which required me to plug a small box into
my modem/router which had its own signal, my xbox would try to connect to both and voila double NAT
