    Hello I have a problem Regards to the double scroll On the Xbox menu Everytime I move the left joy stick up onece it moves twice I have use the controller app and used the Button press System and joystick was moving up once when pressed once it also was working perfectly fine in games but problem occur when in Xbox menu Plz help It can't be controller because it's fairly new The controller im also using is the 8bitdo ultimate wired controller on Xbox series s that I got last year Plz And thx you

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work we may need to try a different controller just to check.

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
