    Hello, I recently contacted you about missing rewards but now I have the double of them. I received Apocalypse Level 2 and Apocalypse Level 3 twice. I want to be fair and I wouldn't mind if the credits were removed. Thank You

    Spent 500 MyVIP gems for 10,000 credits, has been 96 hours and haven't received $10

    Support here will double check, but rewards credits would not be sent via Live message. They would show as pending your rewards account until they are deposited.

    Gems were only created in October, so it is not possible to Reward activity done before they existed. After user feedback, we performed a soft adjustment that double Rewarded the last MyAchievement rank.

    Thanks I've got the Gears rewards sorted out, I'm still having problems setting up the browser. I'm earning rewards now but not the double points per search or getting the 500 for setting it up.

    My xbox live reward points havent gone into my account

    If the rewards site shows they have been deposited, double check your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows the deposits there. If you still need assistance, you will want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.
