Double profile account, can't log into the second one.

Hi Geri,

I have purchased Minecraft through a romanian store called Emag, with a gift code, so it does not appear in my purchase history. Im not sure I understand what you mean by "If your login".

There is also no error message, I just get redirected to that other profile automatically and can't log into the one which has minecraft, therefore cannot play the game.

To better understand it correctly, you have two account profiles, and your problem now is that you cannot login Minecraft Java on this account XXXXXXXXXXArt since you will be redirected to the other account of which doesn't have the Minecraft/Java. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern.

Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and Minecraft Launcher must have the same credentials to avoid getting into login issues. If you're having with the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, let us know. Please send us a screenshot of the error message. The main goal here is to have access to Minecraft Launcher and play the game. So first of all, let us verify your credentials and know where your license is and be connected to Minecraft services.

If your login:

• Sign in | Minecraft - how you log in>
  
  • Sign in with your Mojang account - have you tried How to Migrate Your Mojang Account to a Microsoft - Home (minecraft.net) account
    
  • Sign in with Microsoft - MSA - you should be able to access your account here - https://account.microsoft.com/ If you have migrated your account - MSA must be the login of the Login | Minecraft
    
    • IF Yes - Minecraft license is in
      
      • | Microsoft Order History account
        
      • or log in | Minecraft

Hello - The way to make this work is to have one kid play on the home Xbox. You can then log into the second Xbox on with your profile and the second kid can then log into that second Xbox will be able to access the Family share features.

While the second kid is on the second Xbox you can't log into your profile on the home Xbox or it will stop the Second xbox from using the features.

We have a similar setup and use this all the time.
