    I recently bought the game Assassin's Creed Origins Deluxe Edition. The first day I tried to buy it, I had an Internet problem that made the download started but I could not play the game because I had to pay for it. The second day I paid so but by consulting
    my bank account, I see that I had a double payment for the deluxe edition of this game. Being a student, I can not afford to pay twice for the same game

    I wanted to know if it was possible to pay me back one of the two times I paid.

    PS : I'm French

    Sorry, but phone support is the only way to get in touch with the billing department. They are the only ones who can handle refunds.
