    Howdy,

    Set the IP of the Router's WAN Port manually, do not use DHCP for the ISP connection to the router. Plugin you laptop or desktop into that cable your provided. Go to Command Prompt and do a "ipconfig /all" and write down the IP Address, Subnet, and Gateway address. Then login to your Routers and use those IP Addresses in your WAN connection settings. See if that helps...and make sure UPnP is ENABLED.

    Need help resolving a double NAT issue.

    If you see a Double NAT detected message. Contact your Internet service provider. And ask for a public IP address. You will pay more for the Internet, but you will have NAT Open. And the Double NAT detected message disappears.
