    Subscribed to EA access on xbox. Was charged the $4.99 fee twice. How do I get it refunded?

    Actually, 1st time when I subbed EA access, I thought they charged me twice too, then I checked my balance sheet & account transaction history too, figured that the 1st charge they do is Pre-Authentication charge to verify payment method, they refund that
    amount after 2 days & then charge the actual amount, check for that refund in your CC / account's transaction history.

    First, go to your account history on the
    Microsoft Account website    . If you see two charges for EA Access, make a note of one of them and then

    submit a refund request     for that second subscription. If you see only one charge on the Account site, but you have two on your credit/debit card, then you should contact
    Xbox Live Support and/or your card issuer to see what needs to occur next.
