Double billed for gta

Hi I am trying to get hold of an agent to resolve my double debit. I bought Gta and there is 2 debits. There was a third which was reversed but the other debit still reflects. Can someone please explain how something like this happens and when will the money be reversed? I have only ordered the one game. My purchase history also reflects only the one game.

Usually, issues of double billing is reversed within 24 - 48 hours. In the case where you don't get a reversal after 48 hours, it is best to contact your bank and ask for a charge back.

In such cases, you will need to contact our live agents as they shall be able to assist you with that.

You can request a call back or live chat on Contact us | Xbox Support

If you encounter any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting Microsoft Virtual Agent

Then just type in “agent” and select the issue.

Select either of the option “Call me back” or “chat”

If you have already spoken to billing over the phone and they have given their decision I am not sure there is much advice we can give you. I would talk to your financial instituion to see if they can put a stop on the second copy.
