    Double audio when streaming through xbox companion app


    I use my windows 10 pc to stream through the compaion app for streamlabs obs. My mic is a blue yeti that i use through the companion app to talk to party and my headset is connected to my xbox through the mixamp (astro a40). But for some reason when I
    stream im picking up both the audio from my xbox and the audio from the stream on the companion app. Anyone know how to fix this?

    the double audio im hearing is coming from the companion app on my pc that im using to stream from my xbox. its not from streamlabs. im getting the audio from my xbox and my pc via the companion app. but im using the companion app to use party chat to
    talk. so i cannot mute it because it then mutes the party chat audio and im not able to hear my party.

    Hi!

    This problem could from many different issues, but the most common is that your mic is getting the audio from your TV or PC at the same time thato irsty Stream labs is getting the audio from the designated source.

    Make sure that your TV and PC volume is muted, to confirm if your mic was getting the audio from in that way.

    Confirm that the only audio sources on your streamlabs setup are the one from your mic and the one your getting from the capture of the companion app.

    Since this might be a setup situation with stream labs, there is no guide for this, but check if this helps and let us know it worked!

    Which App is trying to connect, through the Xbox App or app companion, to Streaming the ideal is to do by the Xbox Companion App.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

    Unfortunately you cannot plug in the Xbox One into your laptop and use the laptop as a display. Also there is no app or program that would convert the HDMI port on your laptop to an input source rather than an output source.

    Your only option would be to use the game streaming through the Xbox Console Companion app. I would re over these two support articles on how to improve streaming:
