Doubble price for product ?

    Doubble price for product ?


    Dear Support

    I tried to by Forza Horizon 3, on Microsoft Store, when i choose to buy the product i had 3 options,

    Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition 599,25 kr,

    Forza Horizon 3 Deluxe Edition 421,85 kr. and

    Forza Horizon 3 Standard Edition 237 kr.

    so i chose the Standard Edition for 237 Danish kr.

    but when i payed with Paypal it costed me 474 danish kr. thats dubble
    the money for 1 product     wich still shows the price of 237 kr. in the Microsoft store, like shown in the picture.

    So i would like to get a refund, for the complete game how do i get that ?

    MSRP is a recommendation for a product's price suggested by a products producers. Retailers are free to choose whatever price they want to sell a product for based on the level of profit they hope to make on said product.

    if you think its a slap in the face, then you are an idiot. if you're that concerned about price about a product, then wait a few months or years for that product to reduce in price, or wait for promotions.

    Sorry you're upset. However, the platform does not set the price of a product. Prices are set by the publisher of the game and then posted by the platform. If you're upset with prices of products I would recommend speaking with the publisher.

    Sorry to hear you're upset. Xbox does not set the price of the products in their store unless they are the publishing company. It's the developer and publisher that set the prices.

    In the case of the price difference in Isreal you'll need to check your government regulations associated with buying and selling products from other countries. Government legislation from different countries plays a big part in the pricing of products.
