    Doom Pre-order Demon Multiplayer Pack Bonus Missing


    I preordered Doom more than a month ago and predownloaded. I don't see the preorder items showing up in the game. An update was downloaded when I loaded the game after it unlocked for my timezone, but the hack packs, demon armor and decal extras are not
    available. Manage game doesn't show any add-ons or add-ons pending to download. There isn't an option to download/install the pack in the xbox store either. How do I get this preorder bonus that I paid early to get?

    Having the same issue, even tried removing my account, hard reset, re-installing the game and still the demon multiplayer pack is missing.

    Update: the preorder bonus just showed up under manage game > ready to install. Check again if if it's the same for the rest of you.

    Possibly wasn't added until 13th May in US

    I left mine on manage game screen for roughly 10 secs and It popped up.
