    Doom Pre-Order Codes/Doom 1-2


    Hi,

    Spoke with Daniel at Xbox Customer Support by phone. He said to post here.

    I had problems with my credit card purchasing Doom on pre-order. This morning

    I had to resort to using a Gamestop Xbox-Live $50 card and paid the rest via credit card.

    Now the Doom 1 and 2 pre-order bonuses are gone and the Multiplayer pack is gone.

    Can someone please help and compensate me for the trouble with the codes for the above?

    Hey there S1ckness86.

    I'm afraid if you purchased a physical copy of the game you would not be eligible for codes from us. If they offered Doom 1 + 2 at the retailer it would be up to the, to supply you with codes. I recommend you reach out to them if there was any such promotion
    at their location.
