    Doom I & II Digital Purchase Codes


    I bought Doom back in May, during an offer, after release, for where if I bought Doom digitally, I'd get Doom I and Doom II. Those were the only reason I purchased Digitally, and I have still not received them. I have been patient, and have talked with Customer
    Support, which has helped me get to here. I'm starting to get a bit irritated waiting on these codes, as if I don't receive them, I will be annoyed as my digital purchase will all be for nothing. I hope you can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it,

    Hello, I pre ordered "Doom Digital Deluxe" on April 16. But I didn't receive DOOM 1 & 2 codes.

    Hello! On April 19th I pre-ordered DOOM and have yet to receive the codes for DOOM I and DOOM II that were supposed to come with the purchase. Can you folks help me?

    Unfortunately, if you purchased Doom after the release date, you will not qualify for this specific promotion. In order to receive Doom I and Doom II codes, you had to have pre-purchased the game before May 13, 2016 as this promotion was exclusive to digital
    pre-orders.

    Did you purchase the digital or physical version of Doom? If you purchased the disc version, you will not receive Doom codes and it is up to the retailer you purchased from if they advertised the offer. Let us know! :)
