    J'ai acheté Doom Eternal chez MICROMANIA, en format disque. Je l'ai installé, sans problème particulier, sur ma Xbox One X.

    Mais voil : Dès que je mets le disque dans le lecteur... Je tombe sur l'écran de Gestion des Jeux, alors que le jeu devrait se lancer directement !!!.. De plus, lorsque je le retire, la console m'affiche un message comme quoi il faut que je réinsère le
    disque dans le lecteur !..

    Cela ne m'a jamais fait cela auparavant, alors j'aimerai savoir d'où ça vient ?.. Est-ce que ça vient des nouvelles mises jour de la console ?.. Ou d'un défaut du disque ?.. Auquel cas, il faudra que je contacte Bethesda Softworks.

    C'est peut-être un petit inconvénient... Puisqu'après tout, je peux y jouer correctement. Mais j'avoue que je ne comprends pas d'où ça peut venir, et ça me perturbe. Parce qu'il ne faudrait pas que ça entraîne un plantage de la console, longue échéance.

    Je vous remercie pour votre réponse... Mais non, le lien ne m'aide pas. Le problème n'étant pas référencé, dans le FAQ. Je n'ai aucun problème de disques. Par exemple Shadow of the Tomb Raider, est lu et lancé immédiatement, dès
    l'insertion du disque dans le lecteur.

    C'est tout bonnement le jeu Doom Eternal qui ne se lance pas, lorsque je mets le disque dans le lecteur... Mais il paraîtrait qu'il s'agit plus d'une erreur de l'éditeur que de Xbox. Car j'ai trouvé quelqu'un qui a eu le même problème.

    Je vais contacter BETHESDA Softworks sur Twitter. Vu qu'ils sont injoignables sur leur site. Et je vous tiens informé.

    how do vulkan games like doom eternal run on xbox

    Pretty sure they're not using Vulkan on Xbox.

    How they run depends on what console you're using. On Series X they're excellent, and Doom Eternal even has raytraced reflections on the Series X hardware. The RT can drop the FPS to just below 60 occasionally, but it's largely flawless.

    On the now older Xbox One S their resolution is limited to around 900P, but they run much smoother and in higher res on the One X and Series X.

    If you've got a Series X, Doom 2016, Doom Eternal, Wolfenstein II The New Colossus and Wolfenstein Youngblood play really well. No major performance issues. Digital Foundry on YouTube have conducted extensive tests on these games. I would check them out.
