Don’t understand how my account was suspended

I don’t understand why I was suspended in the first place

I’ve just searched it and checked it and saw that the subscriptions were actually only suspended and past due, and i understand that it should charge me but i still don’t have the subscriptions on my account or any other account even though it charged
me for them.

This is the only message I have ever sent with profanity so it was definitely the same message/person. I also blocked the person after I was was suspended. I still don’t understand how I can get suspended twice for the same thing.
