Don’t seem to have received rewards for my purchases since july

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Therefore, your pre-order of Destiny 2 did not award Credits, but did award one punch on the Games on Demand offer running at the time of your purchase. Your Forza 7 purchase was only made this month. Also from the FAQ:





When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit

MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated this month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending for that purchase. Your South Park pre-order in February did not award Credits due to being a pre-order. Additonally, purchases that go towards other offers do not
also award MyVIP payback, so for example your Assassin's Creed purchase in July went towards the History Repeats offer, and did not award MyVIP payback.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As far as the purchases you listed:

Destiny 2 would have counted towards the previous games on demand punchcard if you preordered on or after July 1. You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

Forza 7 would have been eligible for the Forza offer if you purchased on or after Septemebr 18.

South Park would count towards the current games on demand punchcard offer if you preordered on or after October 1. Same as the previous offer, you would need 3 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

Once rebates are given, they are shown with the last date of the month they are for. They are never actually given on that date though.

Yes, exactly, my pending credits hasn't changed since showing my pending rebate credits for June. The only credits showing as pending are from June's purchases, which I haven't yet received because I haven't hit 5000 yet. By now,
my rebate for the purchases I made in early July should be at least showing as pending, surely? It even says on the rewards page that "it takes 96 hours" for pending rewards to change. The purchases I made in July would put me well over the 5000 needed to
trigger a deposit, so I am sure my pending credits hasn't changed to reflect July's purchases.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.
