Don't receive my 15000 credits for pre-ordering 3 games (RE7 included) on the last months of 2016! Please, can you review my purchase history directly on my account to see what happens with this specific reward?! I wait for the 96 hours after release of
last games (RE7) and still don't receive any credits for the 1-2-3 Punch Card mission. Thanks in advance for any help on that issue!

Only pre-order purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since only your purchase of Resident Evil 7 was made during the offer period (October - December), it was the only eligible purchase for that punchcard. Since that offer required
three punches, you did not complete the offer and therefore did not receive Credits from completion of the offer.

And and I have yet to receive my 15000 reward points for pre-ordering three of the available games for that mission or any of my other free to play missions for this month so please fix it

Well I can tell you for sure that I pre ordered RE7 way before the promotional period. Just checked my email. September for RE7. Halo Wars 2 was pre ordered Jan 4th.

Keep in mind that VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if you purchased Power Rangers during February, you will see the credits pending by mid-March.

Pre-orders do not count towards VIP, so they would not be included in your rebate. If you preordered Sniper Elite 4, it would be included in your Games on Demand punchcard and you would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and
receive the credits.
