Here's a tip: DON'T KILL COHEN! Wait until you reach his apartment in Olympus Heights before you kill him. There will be two spliced up dancers in the center of his apartment. Once you kill both of them, Cohen will come raging out of his room. That's when
you should kill him. After you've killed him in his apartment, go into his room and walk up the stairs. Then, you'll unlock the "Found Cohen's Room" achievement. In addition, there is a "Power to the People" weapon upgrade station in there. If you miss it,
you won't be able to unlock the "Weapon Specialist" achievement because there are only twelve stations.
