How did you installed windows exactly?
Someone else did it for you?

No, i don’t even have the possibility to pay with my balance, while i have €5 on my account i can’t use it for the xbox live and gamepass deals, if anything else does work.. i don’t know i haven’t tested but i don’t think so

Sorry mate I can’t find on any consoles anywhere the email related too the gamertag it got wiped out or taken off the console but most likely taken off. But I don’t know if the person that hacked it changed the email for it also. So that why I need help if there any other way too find the email address linked with hacked my Xbox account because I can’t find on the console sadly.

Thank you for the reply Josef. I am actually trying to play this game on Xbox series X and I downloaded it from Xbox game pass. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times and I don’t really know what else to do besides that. I have tried doing repair on the game itself but I can’t find that option anywhere.

Also, this has not happened for any other game. I don’t know what the situation with this game is and why it’s only happening now.
