Don't know how to play custom games from a disc

I have made a xbox game from unity3d for a school project and I have burned it onto a dvd but my xbox 360 won't read it. How do I make it read my game properly?

The 360 is not set up to read games burnt to a disc without modding the console which is a violation of the terms of service and can result in your console being banned.

So basically even though I'm paying for a progam that does support all types of writing, I still can't make a game...

No.The xbox 360 will only play xbox 360 games.

It will not play a game you burnt to a disc yourself otherwise people will be just pirating games.

Just because you made a game in Unity3D, doesn't mean that your Xbox will magically play it. You'll want to look into becoming and indie developer. Licensing, fees, and possibly an XDK are all something that you'll want to look into. But no, you can't just
make and play, at least not without going through the proper channels. You're telling me you know how to use Unity3D but don't know a simple concept like DRM?

I don't know how burning a backup disc is covered by the ToS, but know from personal experience that if you install from a good disc you can play with a scratched or cracked disc in the tray. The console is only checking to verify that the proper game disc
is there, not the quality of the disc.
