    Don't have tracking number for Xbox repair.


    Hi recently sent in my Xbox for repair a few days ago by mail and I don't know to get a hold of someone that can help me keep track of my package that I sent. I'm really looking forward to getting my One X repaired. I woukd like to keep track of it and
    I know it might get delayed to COVID-19 etc. I was wonderingif I don't hear anything from Microsoft about my One X getting repaired will they just send me in a refurbished one instead if they're having a hard time getting consoles in the mail? I kept having
    HDMI display black screen and errors acting up. I just want my console back soon because I'm getting really bored and I just got a new 4ktv on top of that and I have a disability and I can't work. Etc. And my Gamepass is still on so I can't even use that.
    If someone from the Xbox support can get back to me by email I and give me any information I would really appreciate it!!! Don't have tracking number for Xbox repair. :) ^_^ I'm being quarantine and hope we can get the console back soon and I don't have the money to spend $500.00 on a new one either

    From this experience I will take a much closer look at where the company repairs their products. If Brand X repairs domestically and Brand Y has to ship out of country, and both products are reasonably similar, then where the company fixes the product will
    be one of the difference makers with me. It might not be a big one since I understand the need to reduce costs for repairs, but if Brand X implies that it is done domestically, but in reality it is not, then that deception will definitely be a part of my
    consideration.

    The operations at the repair center leave a lot to be desired, so much so that I have a hard time justifying any upgrade from my 360 if this is the way Microsoft treats its paying customers. I got onto a couple of chats and called once trying to figure
    out why FedEx has not received the console, but I got the worst run around and double speak for answers I can ever remember. My favorite quote is when the call center supervisor started an answer saying 'This is what I am supposed to say....'. Needless to
    say, the reputation of Microsoft repair in my eyes has evaporated to the point that no answer, either on the forums, on a chat or one to one on the phone has any merit. I am well past angry and now just disappointed, no, ashamed to be a customer. I did not
    expect that the purchase of a console would lead to being treated this poorly. It's almost like I bought a Chevy.

    Let me get into a couple of weeds here. Am I wrong to expect that when I get a FedEx number, there should be some sort of package tracking occurring within 24 hours? And part of the answer I got from Microsoft was that FedEx receives the repaired products
    in bulk. I can understand if the shop has a large number of product to ship out that they would send it to FedEx in bulk, but then why would it take over a week (now) for them to process the bulk package? Right now my console is in some sort of limbo where
    Microsoft says they shipped it and FedEx says they do not have it. The frustration is that there has been no communication from any party about the status or how long the process takes. Why does a bulk package sit on a FedEx dock for a week? Isn't that
    against the corporate image of FedEx to have packages sitting on their docks for, well, any length of time over a day? Why can't Microsoft give me a direct answer as to how the process works and why the shipping process is such a dark process? Anyways, the
    takeaway that I have so far is to wait until Friday before anything else can be done.

    So let me say this again to let it sink in; If this is how Microsoft treats it's paying customers, why should I remain one?

    I'm like you StinkyBluePoo, really not happy with microsoft for that. I think it's very frustrating for the people to don't know where there console are. I'm paying 100 box , so 1/3 of the price of the console to get it fix. it's something if you think about
    it. And mostly the problem could be solve with better communication. And it won't leave angry customer.

    Well I got the same problem and contact xbox chat support twice and fedex once (in between).

    the number xbox support provide me is invalid for fedex so they apparently can't help us... and microsoft is unable to provide me the tracking number (after 1H20 min in the chat room the second time...). So I will just wait and see if my xbox come back home
    :) or not :'(

    MS: This number is the inbound tracking which you need to present to fedex and also the tracking number.
