    Don't have the correct account features


    -Getting an error message "dont have the correct account features"

    -2k16 game (all other games worked)

    - account is not orphaned and confirmed an adult account

    -privacy settings are good

    - only started after the recent game update
    was told to post this by support person

    Hello,

    i get this Message, when i choose the online feature: "you are too young or don't have the correct permissions to access online features". Has anyone an idea? My Birthday in my Live Account is correct.

    Ya onyx62is is correct if you don't have a gold membership then you can't access all the features.

    looks like I'm also getting the same problem. I already performed a factory reset for this problem.

    I don't care about the money... I am not bitter. I feel it is a Kinect feature. If you don't have a Kinect it shouldn't be made available. But you are correct MS is in it for the money so it will probably happen.

    Do you have access to the Bedrock edition?
    If that's correct, it would be helpful if you try accessing to multiplayer features with your account on the Bedrock edition.

    Besides that, are you able to test multiplayer features with a different Microsoft account?
