Don’t have any of my saved data

It sounds like you deleted your save data when you deleted the game. Unless you had it backed up somewhere, it is not possible to recover it.

Is the cloud data the new data or the data you saved?

I read about the soft factory reset and i don’t wan’t to lose my data all saved on my xbox and i tried power cycling my xbox but it still didn’t work out so i don’t know if you have a different way i understand if you don’t have more ways.

I have tried the hard reset already turning it off etc. I am on Xbox Series X so when I wipe my data keeping games will I still keep my data for example gta online etc? I don’t want to lose any of my game saves so am I able to get the data back?

I’ve uninstalled Roblox and recroom so I tried install Fortnite and it still won’t work. Also if I press “reset and remove everything”, this will permanently delete my Xbox account, all its data and saves games so there’s no point of doing that, even if it does work. Because I don’t want to lose any of my saved games, data or Xbox live account.
