    Don't have access to Ubisoft games through game pass


    I have game pass ultimate through you and trying to play assassin's Creed Odyssey on PC. When trying to link my Microsoft account. to Ubisoft so I can play it. Ubisoft days that that account is already linked to a different account. The thing is I've never done that before or had to do it before. I don't remember ever linking my Microsoft to Ubisoft before. So I'm confused and very disappointed.

    Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in.

    Please be informed that the linking and unlinking procedure of our in-game accounts are being done within the game or through the game publisher's account portal. The Microsoft team have limited support when it comes to in-game account issue. I recommend that you directly contact the Ubisoft support team here https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/contact for them to check your account on their system and make some adjustments or changes to your account for you to link your Xbox account with your preferred Ubisoft account.

    In order to access EA or Ubisoft games on Game Pass you must download EA play or UbiSoft connect. They manage their own games on PC. You must connect your accounts to those developers so that they will know that you have access to these games through Game Pass

    you need to install the Ubisoft connect app and make sure your Ubisoft account is linked to your Microsoft account. Both EA and Ubisoft handle their PC game pass games through their own launchers
