Don't have access to original sign up email

You may have purchased the console but you don't get to buy the account. The account will belong to the original creator. He would have access to the sign in email address and security info on the account.

Most likely, he's the one that changed the sign in email address and password for the account.

Since you were never the account owner, you can't recover the account.

You can change the email associated with your Origin account, but you need to have access to it first, so if you don't know how to access to EA Origin and you also can't access the email associated with it it would be harder to do so.

First try to gain access to Origin, if you can do it, you can create a new Microsoft Account and associate your Origin account to it.

I have the email but I don't have access to it as I can't sign into it as i don't have any devices connected to this email from years ago

I signed up when it was posted earlier today, emails were randomly sent out to people to access it to and these were all legit. Will let you know if my origin account it hacked lol

I’m pretty sure that’s the right email because when I got on the Xbox originally it sent a security code to that email but then errored. I looked up the code and it suggested to remove the account and sign in again but when I did it it loaded the other previously mentioned Xbox account that was accidentally created. So I have access to the email and can sign it but the issue is I can’t get the right Xbox profile that’s also on the same email apparently
