Don't Have Access To Online Features?

Hi,

For the last few weeks the game has been giving me the error:

"Your profile doesn't have access to online multiplayer.

The following features will not be available:

-Multi-lobby

-Online Battle and Online Parallel Quests

-Timespace Delivery

-Auto-Patrols"

It happens after trying to use some of the multiplayer features but seems to be a 50/50 chance of getting the error.

I have Xbox Live Gold and an open nat type. I've reset my router, no network settings have been changed on my router to cause this. This is the only game I'm having problems with online.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Unfortunately there is no way with access to the parent email.

The adultness of your account is determined by the birthdate that was entered when you created the account.

If, according to that birthdate, your account is 18 years (or 20 if you're in Korea), then you automatically get an adult account that doesn't need parental accounts to make your settings.

Also, the parental email that is used, is "only" a username that looks like an email. If the parent that set up the parental account still knows the password, they can sign in under
Sign in to your Microsoft account without having access to the actual email.
