Don't have access to old phone number and it won't let me change it.

SO,,, after a long time of not being on my Xbox, i finnally opened it and signed into it after a while. Mind you it was a few months and i missed an xbox update, and i moved to a different house without wifi for about 2 days. So i just play minecraft without wifi. Eventually i get the wifi set up and connect my xbox, and it signs me out of the account that ive had for about 5 YEARS. and to make matters worse, all my online friends that i havent talked to in a while are there, and all my minecraft worlds, achievements, yeah. Everything. so you can understand im a little freaked out. But heres the thing, my outlook email is linked to this old phone number my mother used to have, But she got a new one and comepletley disposed of her old one, and that was the only recovery of a password i could find, by the way, i also have no idea what my password could be. And im not sure if the update did anything either. Its not letting me link another recovery phone number that i DO have for some reason, and therefore not lettingvme into my account. Great, isnt it? So for now ive made a new account with no achievements on it, no online friends, or anything. Just the games and apps on the same xbox as my og account. Please help me get my old account back, i have so many memories there.

You need to reset your proofs by logging in and reset your proofs however you cant do anything for 30days

Unfortunately since you cant login you are going to have to go thru the password recovery proccess and fill out the form

I've gone through this. It won't allow me to change for 30 days because the person has added their number onto the profile and I don't have access to that phone.

My friend was unable to create parties after signing into my account on his Xbox. Im having some troubles changing my privacy settings as I no longer have access to an old phone number (A code has been sent to the old number because I cant just 'access important

Since it takes a month for the phone number change process, would customer service be able to change my settings for me or do I have to wait?
